Delivery and Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery and shipping of orders placed through Yonoj. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy.

Order Dispatch

  • Processing Time:
    We typically process and dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. Our logistics partners, including DHL, Blue Dart, Xpressbeas, and other reputable local couriers, ensure worldwide delivery coverage. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and generally range from 3 to 12 working days.

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Shipping Charges:
    Free shipping is not available unless explicitly stated as part of a promotional offer on our platform. Shipping charges applicable to domestic orders are calculated based on the weight of the package and will be displayed in the Price Plan section of the seller panel at the time of order placement.
  • Delivery Times:
    Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday through Friday). Although we make every effort to ship during holidays, deliveries on public holidays are not guaranteed.

International Orders

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges for international orders are additional and vary based on the destination and service provider. We partner with reliable courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, DTDC, ICL, First Flight, and Professional Couriers to offer competitive shipping rates. International shipping charges are billed at actual costs determined by the third-party logistics provider.
  • Express Shipping:
    Requests for express shipping will incur additional charges. Free shipping promotions do not apply to express shipping.

Mandatory Shipping Information

  • Accuracy of Details:
    Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information, including full name, address (with city, state, country, and postal code), landmarks (if applicable), and contact numbers (including an alternate number). Inaccurate information may result in delivery delays or failure.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Delivery Efforts:
    While Yonoj will make every effort to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or errors by the shipping service provider. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for damages or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Unavailability of Recipient:
    If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact them to arrange a re-delivery or to collect the parcel from the courier’s office. For deliveries to office locations, please be aware that packages may be delivered to the security desk due to security policies. It is advisable to check with the security desk in such cases.
  • Unforeseen Delays:
    We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • Modifications:
    Yonoj reserves the right to amend this Delivery and Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or through an updated policy posted on our platform. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
